Our Approach

The cases we see are rarely simple. Everyone’s physiology is unique, and I will never claim to have every answer on day one. What I will say is that I research, problem-solve, and try to stay with my patients—I do my best not to simply “refer you out” and close the chart. I want this to be your clinical home for all of your hypermobility-related needs.

We’re in this together.

Conditions we treat

This clinic is designed for patients with overlapping, complex conditions—especially those whose symptoms span multiple systems. That includes:

  • Hypermobility and EDS

  • Autonomic dysfunction (e.g., POTS, temperature instability, fatigue syndromes)

  • Mast cell activation and histamine-related issues

  • GI motility issues, acid reflux, gastritis, SIBO, and gut-brain axis disruption

  • Hormonal and vascular regulation challenges

  • Craniocervical and spinal instability (CCI, AAI, TOS, SIJ dysfunction)

  • Pediatric and multi-generational hypermobility presentations

How we help

  • First and foremost, we believe you—we understand the complex, up-and-down nature of the symptoms related to hypermobility and we are dedicated to helping you navigate them and live a rich, thriving life.

  • Treatment that addresses the interconnectedness of your symptoms: one unified plan that addresses how your autonomic dysfunction, mast cell issues, and joint instability are influencing each other.

  • Documentation and diagnostic write-ups to help you communicate your condition with other providers and specialists.

  • Ordering detailed diagnostics including thorough labs and imaging.

  • Educating you. We spend the time required to help you understand your overlapping symptoms and the longer-term roadmap, not just the immediate next attempted treatment.

  • While we are not physical therapists, we offer specialized rehabilitation guidance informed by years of medical practice and lived experience with hypermobility. We can design or refine rehab exercises, audit your existing PT program, and help you and your therapist avoid positions that may aggravate cervical instability, thoracic outlet compression, or pelvic/SI dysfunction. When hands-on work is needed, we collaborate closely with your local PT to align medical, autonomic, and mechanical considerations.
